En Riviera Maya Suites la salud de sus colaboradores y visitantes es importante, es por eso que seguimos las recomendaciones de salud y seguridad implementadas por la Organización Mundial de la Salud, Secretaria de Salud de la República Mexicana y gobierno del estado de Quintana Roo.

At Riviera Maya Suites, the health of its employees and visitors is important, that is why we follow the health and safety recommendations implemented by the World Health Organization, the Secretariat of Health of the Mexican Republic, and the government of the state of Quintana Roo.

Durante su visita le pedimos realizar las siguientes pautas de salud:

  • Usar una mascarilla o cubrebocas cuando interactúen en persona.
  • Mantener una distancia de 2 metros entre sí en todo momento.
  • Lavarse las manos frecuentemente con agua y jabón.
  • Uso frecuente de Gel Antibacterial.
  • Al toser o estornudar cubrirse el rostro con el ángulo del codo y brazo.
  • Si presenta síntomas o malestar notificar inmediatamente para una pronta atención médica o en caso necesario gestionar su modificación / Cancelación de reserva.

During your visit we ask you to carry out the following health guidelines:

  • Wear a mask or face mask when interacting in person.
  • Maintain a distance of 2 meters from each other at all times.
  • Wash hands frequently with soap and water.
  • Frequent use of Antibacterial Gel.
  • When coughing or sneezing, cover your face with the angle of the elbow and arm.
  • If you have symptoms or discomfort, notify immediately for prompt medical attention or if necessary to manage your modification / Cancellation of reservation.

  • Las áreas comunes se limpian con frecuencia con productos certificados de calidad.     
  • Limitamos la cantidad de personas en áreas comunes para mantener distanciamiento social.
  • Nuestra recepción cuenta con vidrio separador entre personas para atenderle con cuidado.
  • Sugerimos que realice su Check-in Online para evitar el uso de artículos como bolígrafos.

  • We limit the number of people in common areas to maintain social distancing.
  • Our reception has to separate glass between people to serve you with care.
  • We suggest that you do your Online Check-in to avoid the use of items such as pens.

Actualmente algunos países solicitan a los viajeros realizar pruebas certificadas para ingresar al país a continuación le hacemos saber las opciones disponibles en la localidad:

  • En Farmacia del Ahorro: Prueba rápida de antígenos con certificación. Precio $350 pesos.
  • Medico a domicilio: Llegará a su habitación. Prueba rápida de antígeno con certificación. Precio $125 USD  
  • Kiosco del Gobierno: Prueba rápida de Antígenos. Precio Gratis. Puesto ambulatorio.
  • Laboratorio médico: Le indicaremos el más cercano. Precio varía según el laboratorio.
  • Contamos con una habitación asignada en caso de necesitar aislamiento por contagio de Coronavirus durante su estancia con nosotros. Le asistiremos para recibir alimentos y medicamentos durante su cuarentena.  
  • Le pedimos no viajar ni hospedarse si estuvo en exposición reciente (8 dias previos) o presenta síntomas de Covid-19 antes de su llegada.

Pensando en los viajeros que visitan Cancún,Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, Holbox,Cozumel, las autoridades del estado de Quintana Roo, han implementado la aplicación de pruebas rápidas de Covid-19 con validez para sus viajes de regreso. Te platicamos todo acerca de esta nueva medida en este destino turístico de México.

Thinking of the travelers who visit Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, Holbox, Cozumel, the authorities of the state of Quintana Roo, have implemented the application of rapid tests of Covid-19 valid for their return trips. We will tell you all about this new measure in this tourist destination in Mexico.

Debido a la incidencia de contagios por Covid-19 a nivel mundial, algunos países como Estados Unidos y Canadá, han implementado la presentación de pruebas negativas al virus a partir del 26 de enero del 2021. Todos los pasajeros mayores a los dos años de edad, deberán presentar el resultado negativo de una prueba NAAT (o de antígenos), que deberá corresponder a un periodo de hasta tres días antes del vuelo.

Due to the incidence of Covid-19 infections worldwide, some countries such as the United States and Canada have implemented the presentation of negatives to the virus as of January 26, 2021. All passengers over two years of age must present the negative result of a NAAT (or antigen) test, which must correspond to a period of up to three days before the flight.

Por tal motivo, las autoridades del estado de Quintana Roo han iniciado una campaña de apoyo para el cumplimiento de estos nuevos protocolos de viaje. Esta consiste en la aplicación de pruebas para detección del Covid-19, para los turistas que visitan Cancún.

For this reason, the authorities of the state of Quintana Roo have started a support campaign to comply with these new travel protocols. This consists of the application of tests for the detection of Covid-19, for tourists visiting Cancun.

Se instalarán módulos en puntos céntricos de afluencia turística de cada destino y en “Farmacias del Ahorro”de la Riviera Maya, donde se aplicarán las pruebas de detección del Covid-19. Estas tendrán un costo aproximado de $300 MXN ($15 USD). Una vez realizada la prueba se expedirá la constancia respectiva para ser presentada en la línea aérea correspondiente.

Modules will be installed in central tourist influx points of each destination and in “Farmacia del Ahorro” in the Riviera Maya, where the Covid-19 detection tests will be applied. These will have an approximate cost of $ 300 MXN ($ 15 USD). Once the test has been carried out, the respective certificate will be issued to be presented to the corresponding airline.

También podrían instalarse módulos para aplicar las pruebas de detección de Covid-19. Estos se ubicarían en los hoteles que así lo soliciten, logrando dar mayor certeza y tranquilidad a sus huéspedes.

Modules could also be installed to apply Covid-19 detection tests. These would be located in the hotels that request it, achieving greater certainty and tranquility to their guests.

Las pruebas moleculares de detección del Covid-19 que se aplicarán antes de abordar los vuelos en Cancún, son las disponibles en la actualidad, tales como las LAMP, NAAT o RT-PCR. Estas indican si existe una infección activa por Coronavirus al momento de tomar la muestra. Son preferidas por su gran precisión y confiabilidad, además de que  los resultados se obtienen por lo general el mismo día.

The molecular tests for the detection of Covid-19 that will be applied before boarding the flights in Cancun are those currently available, such as LAMP, NAAT, or RT-PCR. These indicate if there is an active Coronavirus infection at the time of taking the sample. They are preferred for their high precision and reliability, and results are usually obtained on the same day.

En caso de un resultado positivo al Covid-19, no podrás abordar el vuelo programado para tu regreso. Tendrás que permanecer en aislamiento en el destino turístico por al menos siete días. Algunas aerolíneas nacionales han informado que en estos casos, será posible cambiar la fecha de vuelo sin ningún cargo adicional.

In the event of a positive Covid-19 result, you will not be able to board the flight scheduled for your return. You will have to remain in isolation at the tourist destination for at least seven days. Some national airlines have reported that in these cases, it will be possible to change the flight date without any additional charge.
